MP Keen - Let's do it

As it is, Keen respawns at the last finished level. Changing it to be the beginning every time would require some intense patching. And you don't even need a new death animation; the default one is already used and works pretty well - you just need to patch the animation cache so that map keen loads those animation frames (the game crashes otherwise).
