hey guys
i transfered a domain to another registar. the transfer is complete now but when i goto view my site through internet explorer. my registar keeps telling me that my domain name is parked now i emailled crazy domains repeatley over the past 2 weeks & they have failed to contact me back hell i even gave them my mobile contact to try & speed up the transfer & yet again they ignore me. i've never had a problem with them b4. is it something wrong i'm doing. can somebody help me here?

i was had my site on a home server. but i moved it to a paid server cos my site kept dropping out. do i have my name server wrong?

i can't call their 1300 number as they may keep you on hold forever & since i only have a mobile that's extra charges

Since both your nameservers are set to Crazy Domains' servers, your domain will show whatever they want. You need to log in to Crazy Domains' admin page, and change BOTH nameservers to whatever your webhost's nameservers are - they'll tell you these in their help/FAQs.

Also a 1300 number is a local call, so you could ring from a payphone if it's really bad - but I'm not surprised, lack of support is the price you often pay when you choose a dirt cheap service...

You need to call up to crazydomains.com.au customer support and make a complaint on your issue. This could be solved within few time. You can check up your Whois information for free from www.WhoisXY.com . This would be useful to you.

whatever the case i am terminating my webhosting and just going to use my current domain rorboy1983.com as part of an email address with godaddy.com i agree this withyou has total disregard for the boards rules. i'd say give him a warning and if he doesn't stop ban him. anyway i have nothing against having this topic locked. so go ahead dave (flaose) lock it

i have closed my webhosting. the domain rorboy1983.com will now just redirect to the godaddy email login page. as i said flaose feel free to lock this topic it has met it's purpose and is no longer needed
