Hah, oops, sorry about that guys, Ceilick is right - I linked an ancient version instead! The original link is uploaded, or get it here if you don't want to back a page.

Augh I really wish I knew what causes this. I'm running 64-bit Win7 and it obviously runs fine. It must be something to do with the win32lib library that all these Euphoria programs use, but I just don't know for sure.
| wiivn wrote: | | Not everything is self-explanatory. Bear in mind that I've almost never used TED5 or Keen: Next level editors. So, how to use undo/redo? Save all levels - it just saves? No option yes/no save as... or single level? When you start a new level, it's not self-explanatory for the beginners how big levels can be etc. | Good point - [z] is undo and [y] is redo. I thought I had mentioned this in the readme, but apparently not - I'll work on adding a lot more info to that. Saving always saves to the gamemaps file you opened for convenience, but adding a 'save as' option wouldn't be much trouble.
| wiivn wrote: | Now what the heck is going on the K:N mode tileset preview? And why the other layers disappear and why I can't return them? And why in the editor the version is 0.8 while in the readme it says it's 1.0? In the readme you said you can import levels from other gamemaps files, but you didn't point which ones. For example it doesn't work with Keen 8 gamemap file or with Keen 5 cga.
Why when you run the program and select cancel, the program crashes? | There's some sort of compression error (or maybe some weird thing i haven't figured out yet) with the original Keen 8 gamemaps file, unfortunately. The actual keen 6 exe is able to read it just fine, which makes me think this could be an error with TOM's loading routine. Regarding CGA Keen 5, that's... not really a priority. The only versions that this editor works with so far are versions 1.4 of episodes 4, 5 and 6 and 1.13 of Dreams. It would be a fairly simple matter of extracting the mapheads from the executables of other versions, so maybe expect those soonish. The rest of those issues you mentioned are (at least hopefully) fixed in the real v1.0.
| wiivn wrote: | | There are some other things that can be improved. For example, hold right click to collect 2 or more tiles and a better indicator what are you placing where. |
Lemm has suggested such a tile queue before, and it's in the works As for the indicator, check out K:N mode. It'll show you the tile that you're placing overlaid on where you're placing it. And thanks for testing it out so thoroughly! |

OK, maybe it's the newer version now, but it still displays v0.8.
K1n9_Duk3 i'll send you sometime later things that might need to be improved. |

| Mink just forgot to update the code. He is a slow and ponderous creature indeed. |
