The first dumbest creature in the universe is yet to be seen. But even if there is a dumber than the Dopefish one, there is always the possibility that there is another one, even dumber, that is yet to be discovered.
But there are many creatures that can be described as more dumb than the Dopefish. Like the Scrubs, the Foobs or perhaps the Blorbs... But in the end, the intelligence is rather subjective. |

Foobs are to some extent aware of their surroundings, and therefore they do not bump into anything like the dopefish would. ;)
