Speaking of portal, GLaDOS had some great lines ( don't want to spoil them though...gotta play the game to experience it! ).

Mount&Blade: "That's a nice head you have on your shoulders!" (that's kind of like a first person shooter? ...you can shoot arrows in the first person view )

You hear these on the speakers after Joker has taken over the asylum, and these quotes are from the Joker:

After you defeat Joker's thugs in a stealth level:
