Little Big Planet - Goodbye Galaxy

Post by Shilor »

Heya. Just stumbled on a fan works of Commander Keen made in Little Big Planet by Ryhas. It is an interesting watch for those who are fans of Commander Keen 4. We get to see some Bean-With-Bacon Megarocket action!

I particularly like how they combined some levels together. I reckon a Commander Keen mod where every single level is seamlessly combined into one huuuge level would be epic.

Oh man that looks astonishing, the trees are an almost perfect replica, I wonder how these are made in LBP...

If Commander Keen was ever recreated using modern graphics, this is what it should look like :eek

I also like a lot of the way they had combined the three levels!

Hah. Even put the holes in the ground for the sleeping slugs. which I used to think were donkies or cows. But the hardest part to setup would be the BWB rocket. Or at least one of the major things I can't figure out how to recreate.

Awesome find!

Haha they are slugs?! I never realised this all this time. I thought they were some weird night owl creature hidden away because they are a bit shy and smiled at you because they were happy you were there. But they're not smiling... they're just snoring lol... I called them Brian. They also reminded me of a stein of beer

They're owls with antenna - a parody of how aliens traditionally always seem to have antenna on there heads but otherwise be identical to Earth creatures. At least, that's what I always thought...

I haven't the faintest idea how this was done or what LBP is, but it's awesome.
