Having fun developing stuff...
If you have Android-based device and Google Market application you can download it right away (search for "keen"), if you don't you may try direct link to .apk file (but you still need Android-based device)
Wolfenstein RPG and Doom 2 RPG are both j2me applications. CG is written in C++ and uses libSDL, hence it will never be possible to run it on your phone unless some firmware revision allows for running native (non-java) applications and they release some sort of a SDK for it.RoboBlue wrote:Out of curiosity, is it possible for those of us with random junk phones (LG, Motorola, etc) to run homebrew like this? My LG runs the Wolfenstein and Doom 2 RPGs fine, so there must be some cross-compatibility.
Not all android devices have Google market place and other Google apps as Google charge the manufacturers for the priviledge.pelya wrote:If you have Android-based device and Google Market application you can download it right away (search for "keen"), if you don't you may try direct link to .apk file (but you still need Android-based device)
