Technically that's not true; I've found that it's easier for me to impossible pogo with Z+C instead of Z+X. Just Pogo-ing, with no impossible pogo start, is something I rarely do.
Keen is the exception to the rule in this case.

On my small laptop and very occasionally when I use my desktop I still use ctrl and alt for my keys. However, on my big laptop, because of the graphics card inside it, hitting ctrl and alt simultaneously causes the screen to flip. So I use alt and / for my keys.
