This comic is wonderful! I've really enjoyed it a lot. Thank you! I look forward to more! There's so many good ones so far, but I think my favorite is #28. I just love that "...or not" bit |

Excellent! Was working on my own keen comic a while back, but never got as good as this! _________________ time's wasting and evil doesn't thwart itself |

I saw this comic in the newspaper the other day and thought the blue thing looked a LOT like a yorp.
Not entirely related to the thread, but I don't want to start a new one either |

I remember seeing that in the news paper. I don't know why I didn't notice the resemblance before. He really does look like a blue yorp with white polka dots and four legs (six total limbs). _________________ "Ha Ha! I'm Commander Mean! Get me if you want!"

Vega looks more like a moon to me, considering its terrestrial composition and the gas giant in its sky.
I wonder if the cartoonist who drew the comic played Keen once, or knew of Yorps in some other way? _________________ At least I've learned something from my education: Abraham Lincoln was assassinated by Grover Cleveland on President's Day in the Globe Theater where Gilbert and Sullivan were giving their first presentation of Tron: The Musical. |

I think one-eyed stalk aliens are just a common cartoon staple.
Catwafer, I LOVE your avatar, it's beautiful and I hope to one day have one exactly like it. _________________ What you really need, not what you think you ought to want. |

Exactly, like the one Calvin and Hobbes bump into when they go to Mars. They're rarely big part characters, but the basic stalk eye design is there. _________________ What you really need, not what you think you ought to want. |
